Back Process: Precision Fiber Preparation

In the carding stage, fibers are opened, cleaned, and aligned to produce a uniform sliver with reduced impurities. This is followed by the drawing process, where multiple slivers are combined and equalized to achieve consistent fiber alignment and weight. For select premium yarn counts structure ready for spinning.
